Our modular homes are highly engineered and constructed in sections in a climate controlled state of the art production facility. Depending upon the level of selected finishes and options; as much as 85% of the work may be completed in the factory. 

While under construction in the factory the modular components undergo stringent quality control inspections at each stage of the process and receive code compliance inspections & certification prior to leaving the factory. The modular sections are then transported to your home site where they are assembled and closed in, usually in one or two days, protecting them from the elements. As a consequence the negative impact of adverse weather on building materials and the construction schedule is but a fraction of what is typically expected in conventional construction.

Following delivery and assembly of the components on the foundation, our team of highly trained skilled specialists, finish the home to your specifications in what is typically a considerably shorter duration than that of “stick built” homes.
